We don’t offer visas or flights, and we never ask for bank or card details through this website.

We use your information to reply to you and, if you book, to carry out our contract with you. We also use it where we have a good reason that does not override your rights, such as running and improving our business, and where the law requires it. We do not sell your information.
Where your information is handled
Our team works in Egypt and the UK, so your information may be handled in both countries. Egypt is outside the UK, and we will make sure that suitable protections are in place.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries that do not lead to a booking for 12 months after our last contact with you, and then delete them. If you book, we keep your booking records for as long as the law requires for accounting purposes and for dealing with any claims.
Your rights
